Qualified Subcontractors are critical to our success. Westwood Homes and our customers demand the highest standards of safety and we need to make sure that our subcontractors meet or exceed our safety requirements.

Please be aware that we prefer to work with subcontractors who maintain General Liability, Automobile and Workers Compensation insurance. Subcontractors in specialized fields such as Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical must also be licensed in their state to be considered for bids.
